Andrew specialises in the contentious aspects of Employment Law including both prosecuting and defending claims in the Employment Tribunal as well as advising on disciplinary and grievance investigations often including matters such as fraud, discrimination and bullying and harassment. Andrew also undertakes executive severance work including the successful negotiation of significant severance packages for directors and senior employees.
