Bassetlaw Community and Voluntary Service (BCVS) is a Worksop-based charity, bringing together the voluntary sector in Bassetlaw. The charity provides support for organisations such as; JOEL – The Complete Package; Bassetlaw Foodbank and Hope Community Services; and many more. BCVS can help organisations - whether it is providing assistance in appointing a volunteer, applying for funding or understanding changes to legislation. They also help the community to get more involved in the voluntary sector, organise volunteer placements, support people to gain the skills they need for employment and raise awareness across a broad range of sectors.
