Business Finance Solutions is a Government-backed, Community Development Finance Institution (CDFI) and a service of Economic Solutions Group. Established in 2002 it has a strong history in providing technical support and alternative business finance across the North West to Entrepreneurs who wish to start & grow their businesses. As part of the Government’s Solutions for Business Services, BFS has a range of affordable business loans and services delivered on behalf on the Department for Business innovation & Skills (DBIS) by a team of experienced lending professionals. Business Finance Solutions has sanctioned over £16 million in business loans to individuals partnerships and companies across Greater Manchester alone. The amount of finance available to borrow ranges from £500 up to £2,000,000 including; New Enterprise Allowance (£500-£2500) Start Up Loans (£500-25,000) Business Loans for Greater Manchester and Cheshire (£3,000 - £100,000) Business Loans for the wider North West (25,000 - £50,000) Advice on availability of Loan and Equity products (£100,000 - £2,000,000) As well as a suite of finance available we also have a range of services for business advice and support including; Free Mentoring Services Investment Readiness courses Ongoing Business Support Start Up Workshops Over the years we have sanctioned over 2000 Loans and created and safeguarded over 2500 Jobs.
