David heads up the Commercial Property department at Clough & Willis. He specialises in commercial property work with particular expertise in development work. He has dealt with some of the largest development schemes in the North West. Dealing with pre-funding construction, professional appointments and pre-lettings. He has also worked on a large a number of developments of major office schemes, large retail and industrial estates from inception through to completion and subsequent sales to investment funds. His work embraces all aspects of development including acquisitions, options, lettings, funding, sales and ancillary matters such as construction and rights of light documentation and oversail agreements. He also deals with investment acquisitions and Landlord and Tenant matters. He acts for a range of clients including pension fund providers, developers and investors. He acts for clients buying or selling one off commercial premises to large scale property portfolios.
