Lancashire’s Greener Surfacing recycles old road surfaces to produce new quality asphalt. Currently the only company exclusively trading in re-cycled asphalt commercially, Greener Surfacing has developed a patented recycling method that harvests old road surfaces and uses a hot recycling process to produce new quality asphalt. The company then sells the asphalt to local authorities and contractors for use in roads, pavements and car parks at a lower cost than new surfacing and producing almost two thirds less CO2e than traditional asphalt.
