Hitchcock Wright & Partners was established in April 1992 by Peter Hitchcock and Eric Wright. They had both previously worked for HH&J Robinson and Hepper Robinson (owned by the Halifax Building Society) based in Liverpool. They re-established themselves as Independent Commercial Property Advisors with an enviable client list of property owners and occupiers, dealing with all types of commercial property throughout the North West of England and beyond. The Partnership has thrived and grown over the last 20 years and established a reputation for good professional advice and integrity. As well as compliments from clients and professional peers alike, accolades include winning the Estates Gazette Most Active Regional Agent Award from 2005-2009. The Partnership currently comprises four Equity Partners, Brian Ricketts, John Barker, Nick Harrop and Eric Wright, one Salaried Partner, Matt Kerrigan and an Associate Partner, Mrs Helen Stewart. Peter Hitchcock continues to work in the business as a Consultant. Hitchcock Wright and Partners is about much more than buying and selling property.
