The online-based I3 Profiling system was developed in South Africa by expert Keith Henderson, who initially utilised it as a tool to help married couples as part of relationship counselling, but quickly realised it could be adapted to help businesses. Over the years hundreds of organisations across the UK, South Africa and abroad have used the system as a fast and accurate way of seeing the potential of job applicants matched against a bespoke role profile, helping them make the right recruitment decision and avoid what could otherwise be a costly mistake.
