Jacqueline is the Vice President and General Manager for CA Technologies UK & Ireland. Her role focuses on driving revenues, delivering shareholder value, aligning with key partners, growing market share & delivering value to CA Technologies customer-base. Jacqueline is an experienced business leader with over 20 years of experience in the technology sector. Prior to taking up her position with CA Technologies, Jacqueline held executive roles at McAfee, Novell, Cartesis, Business Objects, Computer Associates, Legent & Informix. A proven people manager, Jacqueline is committed to mentoring programmes & believes strongly in scaling her teams through empowerment, as well fostering talent through coaching. Jacqueline was a judge for the Cisco Women in Technology awards 2012. She is an Advisor to the board of Bazaarvoice, a social media software company and is also a non-executive director for a number of major UK organisations, advising them on future technology strategy and innovation. Jacqueline enjoys spending time with her three grown up children & her husband. She keeps fit by running, skiing & enjoys fitness bootcamps.
