Having previously served in the British Armed Forces as an Advanced Medical Trauma Technician and pre-deployment training officer, I now work as a delivery coordinator for St John Ambulance, Commercial Training Division (North East) Within my role I line manage a number of highly qualified and experienced trainers, oversee the training of new employee’s and oversee the regions Quality Assurance and internal staff training & development. The British Army have a worldwide reputation for being the best, and I was keen to work for another organisation that prides itself on being the industry leader within its field. Working for St John Ambulance has given me the opportunity to ensure, like within my previous career, we remian highly trained, effective and diverse to meet whatever challenges we face.
