Jonathan Brenner is Co-Founder of Lawyers On Demand (LOD). LOD helps in-house legal teams and law firms manage changing workloads more efficiently and offers talented lawyers an alternative way of working. With a team of more than 100 high quality freelance lawyers, LOD has won multiple awards for innovation and client service. Jonathan qualified as a solicitor with a top City firm before deciding to forge his career in the legal recruitment sector. He co-founded ZMB in 1991 and oversaw its expansion to become the UK's leading independent legal recruitment consultancy. After ZMB's sale to Hays plc, Jonathan joined Berwin Leighton Paisner as the firm's in-house headhunter. Whilst in that role he co-founded LOD with Simon Harper in 2007.
