Katherine advises in relation to business reorganisation and redundancy issues, disciplinary and grievance matters, unfair dismissal and other Tribunal claims, senior executive terminations and agreements, drafting of employment contracts, director's service agreements and employment policies, TUPE, drafting and enforcing restrictive convenants and family friendly rights. Katherine also provides training for staff dealing with HR issues and is a member of the Employment Lawyer's Association.
