I predominantly act for commercial clients and provide them with pragmatic solutions to their day to day employment issues. Never one to shy away from a challenge or difficult situation, I happily assist and guide clients through disciplinaries, performance management, ill health dismissals or even difficult redundancy or restructuring scenarios.
