Prithvi is a professional with 20+ years of experience committed to adding value to teams & organizations and enhancing individual and group capabilities by developing engaging environments which facilitate delivery of effective service and value. Currently he supports the HR team at HCL Technologies and partners with senior leadership to shape the business strategy, identify human capital implications as well as design and deploy people practices to enhance performance and productivity. In his role as the CHRO, Prithvi assumes a leading role as a steward at HCL to put the Employee First and ensures that the policies, programs, processes and practices for people at HCL support individuals to join, learn, perform, collaborate and grow their diverse contributions and capability, thus increasing the ?Value Zone? created each time they interact with our clients. Prior to joining HCL in April 2012, Prithvi was a Partner at Accenture. Since 2004, he has held various responsibilities to enhance functional effectiveness and efficiency, align design and delivery of talent acquisition and management programs and practices and strengthen strategy development and execution. In addition to leading HR for Accenture?s businesses in India, he has helped shape the Human Capital Strategy for Accenture in various geographies and supported their Technology Growth Platform as its Global Talent Strategist. He also served as the Inclusion and Diversity Sponsor for Accenture India. Prior to this, he has worked for varying durations and in various roles with AT&T, Vsource, Singapore Telecom and Consistel, growing expertise in a variety of functional disciplines with a focus on learning, rewards management, organizational development and transformation, process effectiveness and human capital transformation in a variety of business cycles, contexts and cultures nationally and globally. He holds a Bachelor in Commerce and Master of Business Administration from the University of Bombay, India.
