Richard joined Nostrum as Chief Executive shortly after the company was formed in 2002, and has overseen the development and growth of the business ever since then. With more than 25 years direct financial services experience, Richard has worked in the UK, Europe, the US and wider afield. His knowledge of the use of technology in the lending industry means he is able to advise businesses on how to best increase their competitive differentiation. Richard is passionate about customer experience, innovation and technology – inside and outside of financial services.
