I have worked at the BIC since it first opened in 1994. As a business support manager I oversees a team of seven people and my role involves identifying opportunities for business support through assisting people who want to start up their own businesses. The most important aspect of my job is educating aspiring entrepreneurs through teaching them the necessary skills to start, and keep their business running.
