The Biospheric Studio is based at Irwell House, Salford, a previously abandoned industrial site which has been transformed into a thriving agricultural space with innovative sustainable growing systems all around the building including agroforestry and aquaponics. It brings researchers, urban planners, environmentalists, architects, food planners, technologists and the general public together in exciting new ways to experiment with new ideas for sustainable living.
