Vera runs Edimo Coaching & Development – a consultancy which provides bespoke solutions in leadership and people development. For over 20 years, Vera has worked with business owners, entrepreneurs, professionals and executives to help them develop the skills and mindset to THRIVE and impact the bottom line and their staff. She has worked with SMEs on behalf of Bradford and Leeds Chambers of Commerce, the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Business growth programme, Growth Accelerator, Net315 and in her own consulting practice. Vera is a professional coach with an MA in Coaching & Mentoring, a part-time lecturer in leadership, Chair of Ilkley Business Forum and a non-executive director at the Thackary Museum.
