Do you have something to shout about?
Barclay’s Contact Centre, John Lewis, Darlington Building Society, global hotel chain the Hilton, and charity St Oswald’s Hospice are amongst the region’s businesses that have scooped accolades at Service Network’s prestigious Culture for Success Awards over the past nine years.
And now there are only two weeks remaining to get your entry in for the 10th Anniversary of Awards.
Whilst current economic conditions are hard to ignore, we must not forget to acknowledge and reward the expertise, talent and passion that drives forward regional businesses in these challenging times.
The Culture for Success Awards are different from most awards; they look at the culture of an organisation as a whole. They don’t just focus on a particular individual, team or deal; the judging criteria assess the whole of an organisation’s culture, looking at their employee development, customer service, business development and contribution to the region.
Feedback from applicants indicates that the application process itself is a rewarding and worthwhile experience.
Chair of Service Network, Neil Warwick said: “This year’s Awards are already generating a real buzz within our region’s business community. We are expecting not only a high number of applicants but a very high standard of applications once again this year. With our Awards being open to all businesses, irrespective of size, specialism or sector, they offer a great opportunity for regional organisations to shout about their successes.”
With thanks to this year’s overall sponsor Barclays and category sponsors NCFE, Gateshead College, Northumbria University Newcastle Business School and special award sponsor Spark Response.
