Entrust (www.entrust.co.uk) is the trading name of the Tyne & Wear Enterprise Trust Limited established in 1981 to assist small businesses and those wishing to start up in business in the North East with business advice and consultancy with the aim of improving business growth, competitiveness and sustainability. The organisation has grown and developed in line with the increasing demand for business development and enterprise support in the North East of England, playing an important part in the region’s economic regeneration. Today Entrust provides assistance for individuals and businesses through its bespoke services: business start-up; helping business find the talent and skills that they need to grow and thrive; working with clients to support them in developing their financial packaging solutions; and our membership organisation, Service Network. A not-for-profit organisation, Entrust’s services are funded and supported through European, national, regional and local funding sources. Entrust holds ISO 9001 accreditation and is an Investor in People organisation.
