I work as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator at Orcuma Ltd, who are a software company based in Sunderland Software Centre. Orcuma sell FIRsT (Flexible Information Reporting Tool) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Case Management application within the UK Business to Business Market. The software is available to Businesses via the “Software As A Service” (SaaS) deployment model. Orcuma also provides related Pre (implementation Services) and Post live Support and Maintenance Services of the FIRsT software. I am responsible for the coordination and delivery of the company’s marketing strategy. I live in North East England with my family in small village called Seaton Delaval, my interests include fashion (I studied International Fashion Marketing at university) socialising with my friends and family over food (I am big foodie and love nothing more than trying new restaurants!) I have recently took up photography and like taking the camera out on long walks.
